Moved with them last week from East Van to Richmond. It was raining but the movers still did the job fast and nothing got wet or damaged. They even put carpet covers in the hallway. First time I used a moving service and honestly felt stress-free. Appreciate the small things they did.

Best movers I’ve used in BC. They were quick, professional and didn’t waste time. It’s rare to find moving companies that don’t play around with hours or billing. I was worried about my glass cabinet but they wrapped it with extra padding. Big Bird Moving is now my go-to.
These guys work HARD. Booked them for a last-minute move and they showed up the next morning right on time. Wrapped all my stuff, didn’t rush, and were very polite throughout. It’s rare to see this kind of service nowadays. 100% using Big Bird again when I need movers.

Can’t believe I’m saying this but the move was actually enjoyable 😂 Big Bird team was full of energy and made the whole process feel easy. No damage, no delays, and they didn’t charge extra for stairs like some others do.
